Securing Your Data

Any information we collect from you is kept secure and confidential in our third party secure software. We never share any of the details with vendors outside our business operations. All payment and credit card information is processed through Stripe, which meets the CI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).  As soon as it’s entered into the system, it is stored in an encrypted token to make sure no one (including us) can see it.

Background Checks

Our home improvement specialists are highly skilled have multiple years of industry experience. All of our technicians go through a rigorous screening process before being sent out to you. They must pass a background and identity check, which includes criminal history at the national level. Additionally, our personnel go through rigorous skill testing to ensure they have the correct expertise to complete your project; our technicians are licensed contractors and carry $1 million liability insurance (on top of the $2 million liability insurance carried by the company). All of our professionals work for us on a full-time basis and are hired in-house, to assure that only top-quality professionals are being sent out to you.

The Budget Right Guarantee and Customer Satisfaction

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work and warranty all of our labor for one year. Additionally, Budget Right Handyman carries $2 million in liability insurance, and each technician carries an additional $1 million liability insurance.
